Spa Receptionist – Riyadh

About the role

The Spa Receptionist provides the first point of contact for guests at the spa, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This full‑time position supports daily operations, handles guest inquiries, and maintains accurate records in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Enter, retrieve, and update guest and reservation information using computer databases and point‑of‑sale systems.
• Answer guest inquiries, transmit documents, and operate standard office equipment.
• Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including date‑stamping and distribution.
• Create and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for records and reports.
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities and business transactions.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation.
• Maintain professional appearance, follow company policies, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
• Develop positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Required skills
