Spa Receptionist (Saudi National)

About the role

Join a leading luxury hotel brand as a Spa Receptionist, providing a memorable and seamless experience for guests visiting the spa on Shura Island. This full‑time, on‑site role is open to Saudi nationals and focuses on delivering exceptional service throughout the guest journey.

Key responsibilities

• Promote spa services and retail products to guests.
• Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, and manage the reservation software.
• Answer guest inquiries about spa offerings and provide detailed information.
• Check‑in guests, process payments, and handle transaction details.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming reception area.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, moving, lifting (up to 10 lb unaided, 25 lb with assistance), and navigating uneven surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.
