A Spa Therapist provides wellness and beauty treatments to guests, helping them relax and improve their well‑being. You will work at Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah, a 5‑star retreat located a few steps from Al Masjid Al Nabawi, where the hotel blends local traditions with elegant French hospitality. The role offers the chance to be part of Accor’s global hospitality network, delivering memorable experiences in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform massages and body treatments for guests.
- Provide facials and skincare treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and maintain hygiene standards.
- Advise guests on suitable treatments and products.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Certification or training in spa therapy/massage therapy.
- Knowledge of different massage techniques and skincare treatments.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
