Spa Therapist – Luxury Resort

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spa Therapist at Jumeirah The Red Sea. The role involves delivering professional spa, health, body and wellness treatments in line with the resort’s high standards, while providing personalised recommendations and ensuring a safe, exceptional experience for each guest.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a range of spa, health and wellness treatments according to established protocols and certification standards.
• Conduct guest consultations to understand individual needs, preferences, wellness history and allergies, and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
• Prepare treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and safety before each guest arrival.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments and products used to support personalised service for future visits.
• Uphold all SOPs, sequence of service and local regulations throughout the spa area.

Required profile

• Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably with an international luxury hospitality brand.
• Recognised qualification in Spa Therapy, Massage Therapy or a related field.
• Experience working in an international environment and a clear understanding of cultural differences.
