Spare Parts & Logistics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Spare Parts & Logistics Specialist to lead our regional automotive parts business in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for pricing, sales, warehouse operations and last‑mile logistics to ensure our service stations have the right parts at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage spare parts pricing strategies to stay competitive and profitable.
• Set regional sales targets, coordinate with service stations and the headquarters parts department, and monitor procurement and sales performance.
• Oversee daily warehouse operations in partnership with third‑party logistics providers, enforcing standards for inbound, storage, outbound and inventory counting.
• Evaluate and manage local logistics carriers, monitoring delivery timeliness, cargo damage rates and service response, and conduct regular performance assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of automotive spare parts management experience, including at least 2 years of team leadership.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the spare parts lifecycle: planning, procurement, warehousing, logistics and inventory management.
• Proven ability to manage inventory metrics such as turnover and stock‑out rates.
• Fluent English with strong data analysis capabilities and proactive handling of logistics exceptions.
• Prior experience with OEM spare parts or Chinese automotive brands is a plus.
