Specialist, Pre‑Sales (Low Current Systems)

About the role

The Presales Engineer will support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical and commercial expertise for Low Current and security system projects. The role bridges customer requirements with technical solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements, specifications, drawings and tender documents to design integrated Low Current and security solutions.
• Prepare system architecture drawings, network diagrams, technical submittals and compliance statements for tender responses.
• Develop BOQs, cost estimates and pricing worksheets, coordinating with suppliers to obtain quotations.
• Participate in customer meetings, technical presentations, product demonstrations and workshops, addressing technical queries.
• Support project handover by providing technical clarification to execution teams and assisting in value engineering.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent); PMP certification is a plus.
• 2–3 years of experience in Low Current/ELV systems, preferably in presales, design or solution engineering roles.
