SR Administrator, Contracts

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Administrator to manage contracts within our engineering projects in Riyadh. The role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, and delivering tasks on schedule. The position reports to senior management and works closely with engineering and procurement teams. The successful candidate will ensure that contract deliverables align with project schedules and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Train and lead sub‑ordinates, delegating tasks to maintain morale and motivation.
• Plan and execute activities to meet operational and development targets within cost and time constraints.
• Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
• Resolve operational problems, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures.
• Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
• Coordinate written systems, policies, procedures and seek automation opportunities.
• Maintain fair distribution of tasks to ensure team motivation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in contract administration or related fields.
