Sr. Cybersecurity Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to lead the administration and enhancement of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions. The role focuses on ensuring secure, reliable access controls across hybrid environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IAM and PAM platforms, guaranteeing high availability and performance.
• Design and enforce identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, off‑boarding, and role‑based access changes.
• Manage access provisioning, de‑provisioning, and conduct regular access reviews for users, applications, and systems.
• Monitor privileged account activities, applying best practices for privilege escalation, session monitoring, and credential management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and support audit requirements.
• Optimize detection rules, policies, and automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve access‑related incidents in collaboration with IT and application support teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation for IAM/PAM architectures, configurations, and procedures.
• Collaborate with security architects, GRC teams, and other cybersecurity groups to strengthen the overall security posture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in IAM and/or PAM roles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
• Professional certifications in SailPoint or BeyondTrust are highly desirable.
