Stakeholder Manager

About the role

Assystem, a leading independent nuclear engineering company, is looking for a Stakeholder Manager in Riyadh to lead stakeholder engagement and coordination for complex, safety‑critical infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the stakeholder register, engagement plan, communication matrix and stakeholder action tracker.
• Coordinate with authorities, utilities, operators and internal workstreams to identify requirements and constraints.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, record minutes, track actions and ensure requirements are transferred to design, procurement, and permitting teams.
• Support alignment of stakeholder inputs with FEL3, RFP, permitting and construction requirements.
• Escalate unresolved stakeholder issues and provide management with clear decision options.
• Request necessary resources for the continuity and efficiency of the quality management system.
• Ensure all unit activities comply with applicable laws, standards and ethical rules.
• Implement Assystem safety programs, keep work areas organized and report hazards.
• Participate in operational controls to mitigate newly identified risks and support incident investigations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Project Management, Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in stakeholder engagement, interface coordination or authority communication.
• Relevant training or certification such as PMP or stakeholder/interface management preferred.
