Sterilization Operator

About the role

Zhende Middle East is seeking a Sterilization Operator to join its medical device production facility. The role involves operating ethylene oxide (EtO) sterilization cycles and ensuring that medical devices are safely prepared, packaged, and labeled for distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor EtO sterilization cycles, loading and unloading equipment safely.
• Prepare, inspect, package, and label medical devices according to SOPs.
• Complete production and quality records accurately and report any malfunctions, deviations, or quality concerns.
• Follow GMP, SOP, and HSE requirements while wearing required PPE and keeping the work area audit‑ready.

Required profile

• Open to Saudi nationals only.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience operating production or industrial equipment.
• Basic English proficiency and computer literacy (MS Office).
• Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to work in a team.
