About the role

Join the dynamic Food & Beverage team at Al Wadi in Riyadh as a Stock Controller. You will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels, supporting operational efficiency, and collaborating across departments to streamline the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage stock levels across all food and beverage categories, ensuring availability while minimizing waste.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations using inventory management software to maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with suppliers to secure timely deliveries, negotiate terms, and uphold quality standards.
• Analyze sales trends and inventory turnover to forecast future stock requirements and prevent stockouts.
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures that improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Prepare detailed inventory reports for management, providing insights for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with finance to ensure correct inventory valuation and compliance with reporting standards.
• Utilize data‑analytics tools to track performance and identify process‑improvement opportunities.
