Stock Controller – Inventory Management Specialist

About the role

Alshiaka is seeking a detail‑oriented Stock Controller Specialist to join its Supply Chain team in Jeddah. The role focuses on maintaining inventory accuracy within Microsoft Dynamics ERP, investigating stock discrepancies and coordinating with warehouses, retail showrooms and internal teams to ensure reliable records and efficient operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory transactions—including receipts, transfers, sales, returns and adjustments—within Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
• Verify inventory data accuracy and maintain master data integrity.
• Investigate discrepancies between physical stock and system records, identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
• Track stock aging, slow‑moving items, negative balances and system exceptions.
• Prepare regular inventory reports, analyse trends and monitor control KPIs.
• Coordinate with warehouses, showrooms, Supply Chain, Finance and IT to resolve discrepancies and transaction errors.
• Support periodic stock counts and annual audits, reconcile physical counts with ERP records and produce variance reports.
• Recommend improvements to inventory procedures, participate in ERP workflow testing and process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in inventory control, stock management or supply chain operations.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Background in retail and warehouse operations is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
