Stock Controller

About the role

The Stock Controller will manage the inventory and procurement of biomedical equipment, supplies and materials for Fakeeh Care Group’s healthcare facilities. This position requires meticulous organization, strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of biomedical warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer day‑to‑day stock and inventory control for biomedical equipment and supplies.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and ensure data integrity.
• Monitor inventory levels, trigger re‑orders and prevent shortages.
• Implement control measures to minimise waste and optimise costs.
• Conduct regular physical audits and reconcile with system records.
• Perform file‑backup tasks for electronic inventory registers.
• Receive, circulate and record all incoming and outgoing biomedical items.
• Maintain sequential numbering for outgoing correspondence and ensure proper tracking.
• Update related documentation and follow up on pending records.
• Contact suppliers for quotations and manage competitive procurement.

Required profile

• At least 24 months of experience in inventory or stock control, preferably within a healthcare or biomedical environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Commitment to confidentiality, safety protocols and cyber‑security standards.
• Willingness to contribute to continuous improvement and person‑centred care values.
