Store Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Miu Miu boutique in Saudi Arabia. As the brand’s on‑site ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience while driving sales and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and maximize store sales performance, develop business plans and meet operating budget.
• Lead, coach and develop the store team, ensuring succession planning and internal growth.
• Represent the brand in the local market, attract new clients and build lasting relationships.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, delivering personalized service and fostering an omni‑channel approach.
• Oversee visual merchandising to ensure displays attract clients and align with company guidelines.
• Implement client‑eling initiatives, private appointments and events to increase client loyalty and spend.
• Collaborate with retail merchandising, visual merchandising and operations teams to execute sales strategies.
• Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback based on store needs.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month experience in luxury retail or related environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Excellent client‑centric mindset with a focus on satisfaction.
• Ability to manage budgets and control store expenses.
• Proactive attitude toward market opportunities and brand representation.
