Storekeeper

About the role

Storekeeper is responsible for all warehouse activities, including shipping, receiving, stock monitoring, quality status, and documenting transactions at the Almanhal Water Factory in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Verify material handling processes and check documentation for newly received materials.
• Coordinate daily receipt of materials with stakeholders and record them in the ERP system.
• Tag raw materials with barcodes, arrange storage, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Manage inventory issuance to production using FIFO, LIFO, PAR levels, and average cost methods.
• Inspect warehouse space and equipment regularly to ensure compliance with Nestlé standards.
• Perform monthly inventory reconciliation between physical stock and ERP data.
• Follow Nestlé SHE rules to ensure safety for self and others.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar storekeeper role, or recent graduate.
• Computer literate.
• Native Arabic speaker with good communication skills in English and Urdu.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems for inventory management.
• Barcode scanning and tagging of materials.
• Knowledge of inventory techniques such as FIFO, LIFO, PAR levels, and average costing.
