Storekeeper – Warehouse Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Storekeeper to join the warehouse operations team of a leading FMCG and beverage manufacturer in Madinah. The role will manage day‑to‑day activities such as receiving, storing, issuing raw materials and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key responsibilities

• Check and verify incoming materials, documentation, quantities and storage conditions.
• Record materials in the ERP system, apply correct barcode tags and ensure proper storage.
• Issue raw materials to production based on approved requests and inventory procedures.
• Apply inventory control methods (FIFO, LIFO, par levels, average cost) as required.
• Monitor warehouse space, raw material levels and equipment to guarantee suitable storage conditions.
• Conduct regular and monthly stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with ERP balances.
• Maintain accurate warehouse documentation and transaction records.
• Support stock‑control activities and report any discrepancies.
• Follow safety, health and environmental procedures during all warehouse operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or storekeeping; fresh graduates may be considered.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Native Arabic speaker with good communication skills in English and Urdu.
• Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing and warehouse environment.
