Strategic Account Manager – Jeddah

About the role

The Strategic Account Manager will be based in Jeddah and act as the primary liaison for Agoda’s key accommodation partners across Saudi Arabia. You will help partners maximise their performance on Agoda’s platform by understanding their business needs and delivering data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with hotel and property partners.
• Identify new supply opportunities and drive growth of existing accounts.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits and present performance insights using Agoda data.
• Collaborate with internal product, marketing and operations teams to implement partner initiatives.
• Ensure Agoda remains the preferred booking platform in the Saudi market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B account management or sales within the travel, hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently in a fast‑growing environment.
