Strategic Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a senior Advisor to support leadership with strategic analysis, policy development and implementation of key initiatives. The role involves providing insights, preparing executive summaries and guiding decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and reviewing studies, executive summaries and strategic insights, and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Participate in and support strategic initiatives and projects, overseeing their implementation.
• Plan, develop and implement evaluations for strategic initiatives, analyze impact, identify deviations and recommend corrective actions.
• Monitor latest trends in the area of specialization, identify continuous‑improvement opportunities for operational processes and oversee their implementation.
• Collect, study and analyze best practices related to policy development, assess feasibility and apply appropriate solutions.
• Analyze the energy system and external/internal factors influencing work policies, present findings and draft final policies.
• Develop, review and implement the organization’s strategic relations strategy, activating relationships with government and private entities.
• Prepare specialized documents, reports and recommendations, present and clarify them to stakeholders.
• Conduct research and surveys requested by leadership and follow up on implementation of decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a strategic advisory or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a discipline relevant to the role.
