Strategic Consultant

About the role

As a Strategic Consultant you will act as the technical lead on AvePoint engagements, helping customers adopt and maximise their Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Azure investments. You will work both remotely and on‑site, delivering architecture, implementation and training for enterprise‑level solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery of management, migration and protection services for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint using AvePoint tools.
• Architect, configure and deploy enterprise implementations across the AvePoint product line and Microsoft cloud stack.
• Provide expert guidance on AvePoint and related cloud technologies, including training sessions for customers.
• Implement technical strategies that meet business needs and act as the customer advocate for product teams.
• Produce technical documentation, set client expectations and deliverables, and support product demonstrations.
• Design prototypes, proofs of concept and validate solutions against technical and business requirements.
• Support internal technical projects, QA, and scenario testing using virtualised infrastructures.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in architectural design, deployment or support of enterprise‑level Microsoft 365, Azure and SharePoint solutions.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholder engagement and drive customer satisfaction.
• Passion for agility, teamwork and continuous learning.
