About the role

We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Specialist to identify, build, and nurture relationships with key external partners. The role will support our organization’s growth objectives by creating mutually beneficial collaborations and driving joint initiatives that align with strategic goals. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to align partnership strategies with product, marketing, and sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Research and attract new partnership opportunities that fit the company’s strategic direction.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with relevant entities and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Negotiate partnership agreements, manage contract terms, and oversee successful implementation.
• Design and launch joint initiatives and collaborative projects that deliver value to both parties.
• Monitor partnership performance, track key metrics, and evaluate outcomes to inform continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development.
