Strategic Pricing Lead – Riyadh

About the role

Our client, a large PIF‑backed company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Strategic Pricing Lead based in Riyadh to drive pricing strategy across its retail business. The role will shape pricing approaches that support profitable growth, enhance competitiveness, and respond to evolving market and consumer dynamics. You will partner closely with commercial and finance teams to influence pricing decisions throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement pricing strategies that deliver profitable growth and strengthen market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with commercial and finance stakeholders to guide pricing decisions and manage complex pricing structures.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in pricing, with strong FMCG retail pricing background.
• Proven track record of creating and executing pricing strategies in a retail or FMCG environment.
• Deep understanding of pricing architecture, price positioning, promotions, and profitability.
• Experience analysing market and consumer data to inform pricing choices.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior commercial and finance stakeholders.
