Strategic Sales Development Representative (Arabic Speaking) – KSA

About the role

We are looking for a Strategic Sales Development Representative who speaks Arabic and will focus on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role sits within OpenText’s global Centre of Excellence for Sales Development and supports the sales team by generating and qualifying new business opportunities for our cloud‑based information management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, personalized emails, social media outreach and video messaging to target accounts.
• Follow up and qualify inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns and field initiatives.
• Partner with Client Executives and Solution Sales Executives to develop territory strategies, nurture pipelines and convert leads into sales‑qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales and solution consultants to advance opportunities through the sales funnel.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic with strong English communication skills.
• Comfortable with high‑volume cold calling and email outreach.
• Motivated, energetic and able to work in a fast‑paced, quota‑carrying environment.
• Interest in technology and B2B lead generation.
