Subject Tutor - Computer Science

About the role

English Path is seeking an experienced Subject Tutor to deliver Computer Science instruction within its international foundation and pathway programmes. The role supports international students preparing for entry into English‑medium universities and is based on‑site in Saudi Arabia, working 10 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, interactive Computer Science lessons aligned with programme outcomes.
• Develop students' subject knowledge, critical thinking, problem‑solving and independent learning skills.
• Create an inclusive learning environment that meets diverse learning needs.
• Set, assess and provide constructive feedback on assignments according to programme criteria.
• Maintain accurate academic records and contribute to quality‑assurance processes.
• Participate in training, team meetings, teaching workshops and academic planning.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate qualification (Masters) in Computer Science or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant teaching experience, preferably within a Western‑style curriculum.
• Experience working with international students in further or higher education.
• Understanding of higher‑education expectations and academic assessment practices.
