Superstructure Engineer – Finishing (Construction)

About the role

Jasara, a joint‑venture program management company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Superstructure Engineer to lead the finishing phase of large‑scale construction projects. You will ensure that all architectural and interior finishing works are delivered to the highest quality, on schedule, and ready for inspection and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee finishing works to guarantee compliance with quality, schedule and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, site teams, consultants and architects on architectural and interior finishing activities.
• Review construction drawings, resolve technical issues, and manage material approvals.
• Monitor inspections, handover packages and ensure readiness for client acceptance.
• Maintain safety standards and client expectations throughout the finishing scope.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5‑8 years of experience managing finishing works on large residential or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi construction standards and material approval processes.
• Proven ability to work with subcontractors, consultants, QA/QC teams and handover teams.
• Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers and eligible for local transfer.
