Supervisor – EC Operations

About the role

The EC Supervisor will lead a shift team at Tasnee’s Jubail plant, ensuring safe and efficient operation of production equipment. The role involves routine machine set‑ups, monitoring plant parameters and supporting start‑up and shutdown activities while maintaining quality and cost standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day operation activities on the assigned shift.
• Monitor, adjust, control and optimise plant parameters.
• Perform routine readings, take samples and conduct equipment checks.
• Prepare process equipment, vessels, lines and systems for start‑up, shutdown and maintenance.
• Identify, report and troubleshoot plant operating problems.
• Coordinate field activities during normal, start‑up and emergency situations.
• Oversee planned maintenance of process and safety equipment.
• Set daily operation priorities based on production schedules.
• Represent the work area in safety analysis meetings and sign work permits.
• Conduct safety observations and prepare shift/daily reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of relevant industrial experience.
• At least 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Diploma preferred.
