Supervisor Passenger Service - Flynas MED Station

About the role

Provide first‑line leadership for the Passenger Services team at Flynas’ MED station, ensuring excellent customer service at check‑in counters, boarding gates and MAAS while complying with airline and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Passenger Services staff, monitor attendance, conduct briefings and allocate work to meet departmental KPIs and SOPs.
• Oversee gate and transfer desk processes, manage queue flow, and coordinate with PRM teams for special handling requests.
• Handle flight close‑out, dispatch paperwork, and ensure all post‑flight documentation is completed accurately.
• Respond to operational disruptions, crisis situations and irregularities, maintaining professionalism across all communications.
• Maintain inventory of stationery, equipment and support tools, and report any failures or incidents.

Required profile

• Saudi national with at least three years’ experience as a Passenger Service Agent.
• High school diploma and strong passion for customer service.
• Proven leadership, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Swissport reporting tools such as FSC, SOR and D.A.T.E.
• Ability to generate accurate daily reports and summary shift reports.
