Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

WISKOTS is looking for a practical and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to ensure the smooth flow of materials, tools, equipment and consumables needed for its operations and projects. The role will support planning, procurement, inventory control and logistics, acting as the central point of contact between internal departments and external suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate material, equipment, tool, spare‑part and consumable requirements with relevant departments.
• Check existing stock before processing or recommending new purchases.
• Maintain records of material requirements, pending purchase orders, expected deliveries and shortages.
• Request supplier quotations, review details and obtain approvals.
• Prepare, issue and follow up purchase orders to ensure timely acknowledgment and delivery.
• Receive, inspect, record, store, issue, return and transfer materials against approved documentation.
• Maintain accurate stock records, monitor reorder levels and participate in physical inventories.
• Identify and report shortages, damaged or obsolete items and inventory discrepancies.
• Coordinate transportation, collection, dispatch, delivery, mobilization and demobilization activities.
• Prepare and maintain delivery notes, packing lists, gate passes and transfer records.
• Track deliveries, confirm receipt and report any delays, losses or damages.
• Prepare routine supply‑chain reports and status updates for operations, projects and finance.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in inventory control, warehousing, logistics or procurement support.
• Practical experience preparing or processing purchase orders.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, deliveries and material requirements.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and comply with company procedures and QHSE requirements.
