Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role
The Supply Chain Coordinator ensures smooth warehouse and distribution operations by managing daily documentation, inventory records, and material movements. You will act as a central point of contact for logistics providers, drivers, and internal teams to keep the supply chain flowing efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate receiving and dispatch documentation.
- Prepare shipping and transfer documents.
- Process warehouse paperwork and maintain inventory records.
- Monitor stock movement between warehouses and branches.
- Coordinate material transfers and delivery schedules with drivers and logistics providers.
- Track shipments and delivery status.
- Support warehouse cycle counts and stock verification.
- Prepare daily and weekly warehouse reports.
- Ensure all supply chain documentation is complete and properly filed.
Required profile
- Experience in coordinating supply chain documentation and warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with ERP systems and maintain accurate inventory data.
