Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise the end‑to‑end supply chain function for a leading industrial, engineering and energy company in Saudi Arabia. The role will drive strategic initiatives, improve efficiency and ensure reliable delivery of goods and services across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee procurement, warehousing, logistics and equipment management.
• Improve supply chain efficiency, cost control and operational performance.
• Manage inventory levels to meet business and project requirements.
• Monitor procurement activities to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery and quality compliance.
• Drive process improvements across procurement, logistics and warehouse operations.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing supply chain team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate supplier agreements and monitor performance on cost, quality and delivery.
• Prepare monthly supply chain performance reports for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Saudi national with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a Supply Chain Manager role, preferably within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP or CPSM are advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of the full supply chain lifecycle and hands‑on experience with Six Sigma quality tools.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and analytical abilities.
