Supply Chain Manager – Jeddah

About the role

As a Supply Chain Manager at Chalhoub Group in Jeddah, you will lead the transformation of the supply chain function to become more customer‑centric and cost‑efficient. Reporting to the vertical COO, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams to shape the future of the organisation’s supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the supply chain transformation roadmap, setting priorities and direction.
• Collaborate with the COO, business leaders and functional heads to implement best‑practice processes.
• Leverage supply chain management systems to handle large data volumes and develop technology‑based solutions for KPI monitoring.
• Influence stakeholders without direct authority to solve complex supply chain challenges.
• Promote cross‑functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution across all business segments.

Required profile

• Proven experience navigating complex, multi‑segment supply chain environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large data sets.
• Comfortable driving change and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Intellectually curious, results‑oriented and able to work autonomously.
