Supply Chain Manager – Parts (BYD & Denza)

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the end‑to‑end parts supply chain for BYD and Denza brands across Saudi Arabia. You will own forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment and operational efficiency for the central distribution centre and all branch locations, directly influencing after‑sales profitability and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the parts supply‑chain strategy, covering forecasting, replenishment cycles, stocking norms and obsolescence management.
• Build demand‑forecasting models aligned to vehicle parc growth, seasonality, campaigns and warranty cycles.
• Set inventory targets for the CDC and branches to optimise fill rates, availability and working capital.
• Govern core inventory KPIs such as stock turn, first‑pick fill rate, back‑order ratio, ageing stock and obsolescence provisions.
• Act as the primary KSA interface with BYD HQ and OE partners for ordering, allocations and supply commitments.
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics, customs clearance, freight optimisation and last‑mile distribution to branches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field (MBA or CPIM/CSCP preferred).
• 13–20 years of experience in automotive parts supply chain, including CDC, branch operations and OE management.
• Proven track record of establishing or transforming parts operations across multi‑branch dealer networks.
• Strong commercial and analytical mindset with deep understanding of automotive parts economics.

Required skills

• Advanced ERP usage (SAP, Oracle, Kerridge).
• Business intelligence tools (Power BI).
• Hands‑on inventory planning and demand‑forecasting capability.
