Supply Chain Supervisor / Manager – Industrial Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Supervisor/Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain activities for scaffolding, shutdown, turnaround, maintenance, construction and industrial projects. The role ensures materials and equipment are available on time, safely and cost‑effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory management and material planning.
• Coordinate material flow between suppliers, warehouses and project sites based on schedules.
• Optimize inventory levels, minimize shortages and excess stock.
• Develop and maintain supplier and subcontractor relationships, negotiate contracts and drive cost savings.
• Monitor KPIs such as supplier performance, inventory turnover and procurement efficiency.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, Finance and Commercial teams to align supply chain activities with project needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise, mentor and develop the supply chain team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics within construction, industrial services, scaffolding, oil & gas or EPC sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi supplier market for construction materials and industrial equipment.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, analytical and communication skills.
