Supply & Demand Buyer

About the role

ASMO, a joint venture between DHL and Aramco, is looking for a Supply & Demand Buyer to support its emerging procurement and supply‑chain services. The role focuses on executing efficient procurement processes, sourcing competitively, and ensuring timely purchase order placement within assigned categories.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs) for a wide range of commodities.
• Negotiate terms, modify purchase agreements, and select the best suppliers.
• Perform commercial analysis to develop cost‑effective solutions.
• Collaborate with category teams to create and manage accurate purchase orders.
• Identify vendors, conduct negotiations, and support supplier selection.
• Maintain regular communication with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure smooth transactions.
• Use procurement data to support decisions and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to procurement activities.
