Supply & Demand Planning Manager

About the role

The Supply & Demand Planning Manager will lead the end‑to‑end planning, inventory control and logistics execution for the Saudi Arabian market. This role acts as the central link between commercial, procurement, supply planning and third‑party logistics to ensure product availability, freshness and cost‑effective operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly demand planning and S&OP cycle, aligning forecasts with supply capabilities.
• Develop and maintain forecasting models using sales trends, market insights, promotions and historical data.
• Monitor forecast performance and implement corrective actions to improve accuracy.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels, monitor days of stock, stock freshness and slow‑moving items.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply planning to achieve target service levels and OTIF performance.
• Manage warehousing, distribution, transportation and inbound logistics operations, overseeing customs clearance.
• Track logistics and warehouse KPIs, control operational costs and optimise capacity utilisation.
• Control supply‑chain budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage relationships with logistics providers, warehouse operators and suppliers, monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply and demand planning, inventory management and logistics within a regional or national context.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to build and refine forecasting models.
• Demonstrated capability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage third‑party partners.
• Excellent communication skills to present forecasts, inventory outlooks and recommendations to senior management.
