About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Japanese cuisine and be able to deliver high‑quality sushi consistently.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of sushi dishes while maintaining consistent quality and presentation during busy periods.
- Handle fresh fish and seafood safely, ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar Japanese kitchen role.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Required skills
- Knife skills.
- Sushi preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
