System Administrator – Operations

About the role

We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to design, implement and maintain our enterprise‑level server and network infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy and maintain Windows and Linux servers, networking, AD, Exchange, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy and authentication services (LDAP, SAML, Kerberos).
• Automate provisioning and configuration management using tools such as SolarWinds, ManageEngine and SCCM.
• Monitor system and network performance, conduct incident response and root‑cause analysis for critical issues.
• Harden systems and ensure compliance with security frameworks (NIST, CS) and perform regular audits.
• Collaborate with DevOps, security and software engineering teams to support CI/CD pipelines and secure deployments.
• Document architecture, configurations and standard operating procedures.
• Manage patching, backup solutions (Cohesity, Qstar) and database administration for MSSQL, Oracle or MySQL.
• Provide expertise with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Nutanix.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on system administration experience in an enterprise environment.
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Windows Server/Azure Administrator Associate, VMware VCP or Nutanix Enterprise Cloud Administrator, ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+ (Red Hat optional).
