System Engineer – Industrial Patch Management & OT Infrastructure

About the role

The System Engineer will deploy, configure, support and troubleshoot REPLIL Industrial Patch Manager and its supporting infrastructure for customers in Saudi Arabia. This hands‑on position requires strong knowledge of Windows Server, patch‑management tools, networking, firewalls and remote‑management protocols. The role offers exposure to both traditional IT and OT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, administer and troubleshoot REPLIL Industrial Patch Manager (IPM) and related components.
• Manage Windows Server environments and Microsoft patch‑management solutions such as WSUS and SCCM/MECM.
• Handle the full patch‑management lifecycle: discovery, testing, approval, deployment, reboot management and compliance reporting.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, firewalls, VLANs, DNS, certificates and routing between distributed systems.
• Support remote‑management protocols (WinRM, PowerShell Remoting, WMI, SSH, SNMP, HTTPS/TLS, RDP).
• Monitor system health, performance, logs and service availability.
• Assist customers and internal teams with root‑cause analysis and technical documentation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in system engineering, system administration or infrastructure support.
• Strong practical understanding of enterprise patch management.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows Server administration and WSUS/SCCM/MECM.
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, certificates and PowerShell scripting.
• Solid grasp of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, firewall rules and routing.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
