System RAMS Manager – Riyadh Line2 Extension

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time onsite System RAMS Manager to join Alstom’s Riyadh Line 2 Extension project. In this role you will apply your RAMS expertise to ensure safety, reliability and performance of the railway system while working closely with engineering, project management and tender teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define safety requirements in line with Alstom’s safety policy to keep risks at acceptable levels.
• Support project and tender performance by establishing RAM requirements and targets.
• Coordinate Railway Safety and RAM stakeholders across projects, programmes and tenders.
• Apply Alstom railway safety processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses, and implement mitigation measures.
• Prepare and deliver RAMS documentation, reports and deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate safety and reliability requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement of RAMS processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience or solid understanding of RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, Safety) principles in railway or a similar industry.
• Familiarity with system engineering processes and lifecycle management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality outputs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and mitigate risks.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach.
