Systems Administrator – Azure Cloud (Secret Clearance Required)

About the role

Western Door Federal is seeking a Systems Administrator specialized in Microsoft Azure Cloud to support a State Department customer in Saudi Arabia. You will join a nine‑person team providing onsite user support and serve as the Microsoft subject‑matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑author and execute the overall Microsoft Office 365 and Azure cloud strategy.
• Configure, manage, troubleshoot, and optimize device‑management tools, including provisioning, de‑provisioning, remote support, and policy enforcement.
• Monitor system hardware, operating systems, and software to ensure reliability, uptime, and timely updates.
• Develop and maintain IT processes, procedures, maintenance guidelines, and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to define technical strategy, perform analysis and design, and support rollout of solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience with Microsoft‑based solutions.
• Experience with endpoint‑management services such as Azure AD, Endpoint Manager, Active Directory, Office 365, GPO management, and PowerShell.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities; ability to lead major changes.
• Active Secret Clearance, U.S. citizenship, and a valid U.S. passport.
• Excellent communication skills.
