Systems Integration Manager – Airport Projects

About the role

Bechtel is seeking a Systems Integration Manager to lead the delivery of systems engineering design for the new King Salman International Airport in Riyadh. The role will oversee a multidisciplinary team and coordinate with the client’s designers and contractors to ensure seamless integration of all terminal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of Systems Engineering specialists throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage the integration of active data and voice networking, data centre infrastructure, access control and surveillance systems.
• Coordinate design and implementation of passenger processing, dynamic wayfinding, aircraft auto‑docking, and foreign‑object debris detection systems.
• Oversee the deployment of non‑NAVAID airfield sensor systems, licensed and unlicensed wireless networks, and baggage handling solutions.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex systems integration on large‑scale airport or infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Riyadh and collaborate with international teams.
