Talent Acquisition Associate – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes for KEO International Consultants in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers as an internal service provider.
• Manage a full talent acquisition portfolio across engineering, construction, and related functions.
• Conduct detailed position briefings with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Source CVs, create pre‑qualified short‑lists, and meet KPI targets for direct sourcing.
• Pre‑close candidates on salary expectations within band parity and achieve offer acceptance KPIs.
• Coordinate international face‑to‑face, video, and telephone interviews.
• Introduce successful candidates to HR and mobilisation teams.
• Maintain the ATS (iCIMs) and ensure database accuracy.
• Promote KEO as an employer of choice using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in agency or in‑house talent acquisition, preferably within the KSA engineering or construction market.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Hands‑on experience using the iCIMs ATS.
