Flowmingo is seeking motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This flexible, commission‑only position allows you to leverage your professional network of HR and recruiting contacts to generate qualified referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s platform to HR professionals, recruiters, and decision‑makers in your network.
• Explain how the solution fits into existing hiring workflows and address any questions.
• Gather feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful client referral and onboarding, including bonuses for referring your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting background with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with flexible hours.
