About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This is a flexible, commission‑only role where you introduce the solution to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network and earn rewards for successful referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Explain how the platform fits into hiring workflows and answer basic product questions.
• Gather feedback from prospects to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each qualified client referral and receive a bonus when onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or consulting background.
• Active network of HR and talent acquisition contacts.
• Self‑starter with strong communication skills and a passion for recommending useful tools.
