Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our HR team in Saudi Arabia. The role supports the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and compliance with company policies. This position is open to Saudi nationals and is eligible for the HRDF Tamheer Program.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with daily recruitment activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Update and manage candidate databases, recruitment records, and reporting trackers.
• Prepare recruitment reports and provide data-driven insights to business units.
• Support various departments with their hiring needs while promoting the employer brand.

Required profile

• Saudi national, eligible for the HRDF Tamheer Program.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience in recruitment or HR support.
• Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
