Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports the recruitment lifecycle for blue‑collar, trainee, internship and Tamheer positions. Acting as a bridge between business units, institutes and the Talent Acquisition team, the coordinator ensures smooth interview processes, accurate data tracking and effective candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Follow‑up with Business Unit HR on the status and outcomes of technical interviews for shortlisted candidates.
• Screen and coordinate blue‑collar, trainee, internship and Tamheer applications, and liaise with OMD for social‑media job postings.
• Conduct preliminary behavioral interviews to assess soft‑skill fit against the Group’s Competencies Framework and log results in Pulse.
• Serve as the single point of contact for partner institutes, including regular visits, feedback collection, and sharing performance insights.
• Monitor onboarding implementation, review probation reports, and contribute to retention improvement.
• Prepare monthly work‑summary and quarterly KPI reports for the PID & TA National Acquisition Manager.
• Maintain an accurate candidate lifecycle in Pulse and manage the internal candidates database.
• Update and analyse IRCs on the Napco National website and design candidate experience surveys.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating recruitment processes for entry‑level and blue‑collar roles.
• Familiarity with the Pulse recruitment system and ability to maintain detailed candidate records.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with business units, institutes and candidates.
• Ability to prepare concise reports and analyse survey feedback.
