Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a collaborative and highly organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join Veeam’s global Talent Acquisition team. In this full‑time position you will support interview scheduling, maintain data accuracy and help deliver a smooth hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics across various time zones and communicate details clearly to all participants.
• Partner with recruiters, candidates and hiring teams to ensure a timely and positive interview process.
• Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts and answer process‑related questions.
• Assist with recruiting activities such as background‑check tracking, offer‑letter generation and other coordination tasks.
• Respond to recruiting tickets, troubleshoot issues and escalate when necessary.
• Provide cross‑regional support based on team priorities and business needs.
• Identify and recommend improvements to coordination processes and tools.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, administration or a related field.
• Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and with teams across time zones.
• Ability to follow structured processes and work independently with guidance.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business or a related discipline.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
