Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the recruitment function for Rosewood AMAALA, supporting both the pre‑opening phase and ongoing resort operations. This senior HR professional will design and execute hiring strategies, strengthen the employer brand, and ensure compliance with Saudi labour regulations and Saudisation goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with pre‑opening and operational hiring plans.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions across local, regional, and international markets.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews, coordinate assessment centres, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and open days.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.
• Enhance Rosewood AMAALA’s employer brand through digital platforms and recruitment marketing initiatives.
• Support Saudisation targets by creating initiatives to attract, recruit, and retain Saudi nationals.
• Manage relationships with international recruitment agencies and executive search firms, negotiating terms and monitoring performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Professional HR or recruitment certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter) is advantageous.
• 5–7 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience in luxury hotel or resort recruitment, with pre‑opening hospitality experience preferred.
