Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead the company’s recruitment function, shaping strategies to attract top talent across all departments. Reporting to senior leadership, you will oversee the full hiring lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and enhance the employer brand to support the organization’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies aligned with business needs.
• Forecast talent demand in collaboration with business leaders and workforce planning.
• Lead, mentor, and set performance targets for the talent acquisition team.
• Establish and monitor recruitment KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for key and executive positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• Ensure hiring practices are inclusive, consistent, and compliant with legal requirements.
• Partner with department heads to define hiring needs and candidate profiles.
• Promote the employer brand through social media, events, and strategic partnerships.
• Optimize use of the applicant tracking system and other HR technology tools.
• Produce and analyze recruitment metrics, dashboards, and reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of managing full‑cycle recruitment in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment marketing and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
