Talent Acquisition Partner – HR Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner at NTT DATA works closely with line managers and the HR team to drive full‑life‑cycle recruitment across the region. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, supporting business growth through strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support peers and teams in delivering talent acquisition priorities and provide technical recruitment advice.
• Engage with line managers to define skill requirements, select recruitment approaches, and advise on long‑term hiring strategies.
• Source and identify qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Develop competency‑based interview guides mapped to job competencies.
• Collate candidate information, including employment checks and psychometric assessments, to aid hiring decisions.
• Maintain internal and external job postings and ensure professional onboarding of new hires.
• Extract and analyse recruitment data from the e‑recruitment system for regular reporting.
• Participate in regional global projects aimed at improving talent acquisition practices.

Required profile

• Seasoned understanding of talent acquisition strategies, end‑to‑end recruitment processes, and relevant labor laws.
• Strong knowledge of market trends, salary benchmarks, and employer branding initiatives.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
• Ability to develop and execute talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting strategies to senior stakeholders.
• Data‑driven mindset using talent analytics and recruitment metrics.
