Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end‑to‑end recruitment activities and support line managers in hiring top talent. You will act as a subject‑matter expert, driving talent acquisition strategy and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Support peers and teams in delivering talent acquisition priorities.
• Provide technical advice on recruitment best practices and processes.
• Participate in global projects aimed at improving talent acquisition practices.
• Collaborate with line managers to define skill requirements, recruitment approaches, and long‑term hiring strategies.
• Source and identify qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Develop competency‑based interview guides aligned with job requirements.
• Gather and review candidate information, including employment checks and psychometric assessments, to aid hiring decisions.
• Maintain internal and external job postings.
• Oversee professional onboarding of new hires.
• Extract and analyse recruitment data for weekly and monthly reporting.
• Perform any other related tasks as required.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies, end‑to‑end recruitment processes, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and ethical hiring guidelines.
• Ability to stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.
• Strong employer branding awareness.
